The Lowdown: Bring yourself back to the days when nylon jackets were tucked in pouches and placed in backpacks for impromptu rainy days. Now a Euro classic and travel staple, windbreakers are coming back in updated styles and colors. American Apparel’s nylon Taffeta-A-Way Jacket will soon be available in eight colors and its pouch doubles as an old school fanny-pack for $54. Heritage 1981’s cream-colored nylon jacket has zipper trimmed pockets for $32.90.
