Chewing gum has been the inexpensive cure for the common occurrence of bad breath for a long time now. But with so many brands, flavors, and styles on the market these days, it’s hard to choose which ones are the best and which are simply eye candies.

Orbit Gum: Orbit makes some of the most unique flavors of gum on the market. They blend things together that sometimes don’t even make any sense, though once you pop a piece in your mouth, the flavors complement each other so well it doesn’t matter.

Try these: We recently gave a few different packs of Orbit a try and liked all of them, to varying degrees. The favorite of the bunch was Maui Melon Mint. The honorable mentions included Fabulous Fruitini and Sangria Fresca.

Altoids Gum: Famous for their mints, Altoids came out with chewing gum that would do their mints proud.

Try these: They offer the same basic flavors in their gums as they do in their mints and while all of them taste and work just fine, our favorite is the original Peppermint flavor. If you want slightly less of a punch, try the Spearmint gum.
