Yea or Nay: Crocs

While comfort is something we all strive for in everyday wear, there is a point were it just seems to cross over into laziness.
Crocs are a perfect example of this.
Yes, they are comfortable, but in public, unless your heading up to the OR or gathering the family up for a trip on the yacht, there’s absolutely no reason for you to wear these shoes.

NAY! Horrible disaster fashion trend gone wrong! Save them for the garden and boating and keep them OUT of the city! Yesterday I saw a teenager with jewels stuck in the holes of her Crocs! Croc Accessories – is this really the way forward?
Since this is a male-focused blog, I’ll assume you mean for men. In which case, I must ask: Do men actually wear these things?
IMO they are just hideous. Not right for anything.

believe it or not they were original created for those who boat, so a majority of the people who purchased them were men.
I say yea, as long as they are a masculine, monochromatic color. I’m in Austin, TX, it’s a big college town and a lot of kids are wearing Crocs these days. Trust me, it can be pulled off.
Nay, nay, nay. Ugly, horrid, sloppy, a complete fashion don’t on either gender over the age of say 13. Under that, fine, they look like a kid’s shoe, let the kids wear them.
Hmm they’re comfy..but too common here..so i’ll give it a nay..
