Adidas is usually a “yea” for us — especially if we got a great deal on ‘em — and we dig Star Wars as much as the next guy (c’mon, you know you’re still jonseing after those action figures your mom gave away). But do we want our Star Wars allegiance displayed on our kicks? Initially, we said uh, no. But then we saw the photos and, quite frankly, we might be swayed. The shiny black “Darth Vader” version might be a little too geek-centric for our taste, but the off-white “Yoda” model? Bad not, they are — but the fact that they’re called “Super Stars” still might keep us from actually wearing them out of the house.
But that’s just us — we want to hear what you have to say. So, are Star Wars sneakers from Adidas a style Yea or Nay?
