Okay, it’s Casual Friday — but clearly sneakers or flip flops just won’t do. What other option do you have? If you are super cool, you will wear bucks — it’s as simple as that. What’s a buck? Most of you probably already know, but for those who don’t — it’s a classic stylish guy shoe, suede and lace-up, a step up from the sneaker but a relaxed notch below the leather oxford. This is one of those times when you can spend a little more, as this is one shoe that will last a long long time in your wardrobe rotation, and can be worn for at least three seasons — just be sure to waterproof them to increase their lifespan. White bucks are the most classic of all, but tan, khaki, whatever (even colors if you happen to be fashion-forward enough) are acceptable. Wear them with whatever else makes sense for Casual Friday in your particular work situation, and you’ll look great. Trust us.
