Rugby.com, Cufflinks, West Coast Winters and More: Web Round Up

See Jack Shop rounds up the latest style notes from around the web:

~ The entire Ralph Lauren Rugby Collection is up and waiting to be bought on Rugby.com. Thrillist says the site will launch “a make-your-own-rugby feature” in the upcoming weeks where we can customize the tops with logos, thread colors and monograms.

~ T Magazine has found creative and affordable cufflinks from jewelry designer Philip Crangi. Inspired by what the New York Times blog describes as old ironwork and armor, the cufflinks range from $24 to $55 at Giles and Brother.

~ For all the newly minted West Coasters, take a few tips from a recent transplant. An LA Times reporter goes over the “winter wardrobe” of the sunny coast, which include argyle socks, dark wash denim, earth tone colors and herringbone tweed blazers.

~ For nicks and cuts, Maintenance for Men says Hommage Styptic Matchsticks quickly stops shaving mishaps, (pack of five for $50).

~ Classics are wardrobe staples of a reason and HighSnobiety has found another one to add to the list. Red Wing’s work boot are exclusive to David Z according to the blog – the distressed shoes are only available online while 48 pairs are available at the Soho flagship store.

Those are some great cufflinks :) . There are a couple more places online where you can get some great pairs. I usually shop at Linkyourshirt Cufflinks or Cuff-Daddy Cufflinks. I’ve had pleaseurable experiences from both places. I don’t tend to wear the trendy/novelty type cufflinks—I just like looking at them. It’s tough to pull that novelty cufflink look when you go out to a classy gathering or event!
