~ London kicked off fashion week soon after the runways in New York were cleared. Catch what’s going on in the UK on the event’s official site.

~ UK-based designer Peter Jensen’s collection was one of the first to be seen in London’s fashion week. Men’s Style.com compared his spring/summer ’09 line schoolboy blazers, loose Bermuda shorts along with white sneakers and socks.

~ The style blog also says the luxury accessory brand, Mulberry, had their men hitting the runway with bags and totes with leather accents.

~ What else is going on in London? Well, the UK Times says there’s a flashback to the 50s with classic knits, polos and “teddy-boy suits for a retro rock'n'roll vibe.”

~ According to The Daily Telegraph, www.equip.co.uk launched selling men’s accessories – everything from wallets to luggage.
