Johnny Depp as John Dillinger: Style Jack

While we don’t suggest you act like Johnny Depp in his upcoming flick Public Enemies, you’re wise to take some style hints from him. Just like Depp made pirates cool again, we’re guessing he’ll do the same for 1930s gangsters (main character John Dillinger is a bank robber). Overall, we’ve seen fashions from the 20s all the way up to the 40s making a comeback – maybe we feel like we can relate to Depression-era folks since we’ve got a recession of our own to deal with? Anyways, sans the guns, this look’s pretty simple to emulate.
The Suit: Two Button Single Breasted Notch Lapel Tuxedo Package, $239, from Light in the Box (skip out on the extras for this look, but save them for other occasions)
The Shirt: White Arrow® Solid Fitted Dress Shirt, $21.99, from Kohl’s (try one size too big to get that baggy look)
The Tie: Vintage Tie, $9.95, from Guess (like the two-toned look pictured above? dig up a black bow tie and loosely tie it around the top of this one)
The Suspenders: Leather Suspenders Golden Russet Brown with Black Trim, $29.97, from Amazon
The Shoes: Zengara Mens Dress Shoes, $36, from WorkingGear.com

those aren’t suspenders, it’s a shoulder holster
