Casio Waveceptor Watch: Win This!

August 5, 2008 11:00 AM

CONGRATULATIONS to Will, the winner of the Casio Waveceptor Watch. Thanks to all our entrants and keep an eye out for more great contests on See Jack Shop!

What: Casio watches have come a long way. The Casio Waveceptor Watch, worth $99.95, is a futuristic digital watch with bold numbers and a wide face. But its smooth exterior belies its many gadget-y features.

Why You Want This:

-- It's eco-friendly. This watch runs only on solar power, which is only a bad thing if you're Batman.
-- You'll never have to remember the saying "Spring forward and fall backward"--the atomic timekeeping resets the time for daylight savings and different time zones.
-- It's water resistant up to 100 meters, in case you wanted to go diving.
-- Its LED light up in dark rooms, which, again, is bad if you're Batman.

How to Enter: Leave a comment on this post by August 18 at 11:59 pm and you'll be in the running to win this watch!

- One winner will receive a Casio Waveceptor Watch.
- Prize is not transferrable
- Entrants must be residents of United States.

Beautiful watch. I dig the large, condensed numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 and the sleek hands.

I just looked it up at the Casio website and it has atomic clock calibration too - slick!

Looks nice.  And it even tells the time!

So I guess the whole face must be a solar panel.
