A.P.C., Original Penguin and Vans/United Arrows

See Jack Shop brings you links to the latest styles, trends and tips from around the web.

~ Get Kempt is impressed with the fall and winter ’08 A.P.C. lineup. Expect tweed, denim and other tough fabrics making their typically slim pants.

~ While the U.S. has to wait till next spring to catch designer Daiki Suzuki’s Nepenthes collection, one of his other brands, Needles is currently being sold at Odin in New York. Take a look at his fall collection in the states and view the upcoming spring line on the Men’s Style.com blog.

~ The Men’s Style.com blog also gives us a heads up on shoe designer Pierre Hardy’s collaboration with the Gap. In September, we’ll find splurges of black leather combat boots ($298) and a taupe desert boots ($178).

~ Another collaboration finds us looking at the Vans and United Arrows sneaker collection, which High Snobiety compares to the 70's with their choice of colors.

~ Original Penguin gear can be found beyond boutiques and department stores now that the Minnesota-based brand has a flagship store in the Gold Coast area of Chicago. Time Out Chicago says the store has a 60/40 guys-to-girls clothing ratio!
