Each week American Idol contestants have only two hours to shop and $400 to spend on their look according to Us Magazine. Most of the time, they use their own clothing as a base — and we can use our own clothes to mirror their looks! In Anoop Desai’s case, we may already have a few of the pieces he wore last month (see above). Male contestant stylist Miles Siggins said he channeled Kanye West with this outfit. Here Desai shows us how easy it is to copy expensive tastes on the cheap:
